Michael joined BBR in 2021 and is a Vice President of Legal. His responsibilities at the firm include supporting the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer on legal and compliance matters. Michael is also a member of BBR’s Compliance Committee.

Prior to joining BBR, Michael was at UBS, where he worked within the firm’s compliance function. Michael earned a BA in History from Franklin & Marshall College and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. Michael is admitted to the New York Bar and is the President of the Children’s Cancer & Blood Foundation’s Young Professional Board.

Michael lives in Brooklyn Heights with his wife, child, and their Bernese Mountain dog. Outside of work, Michael enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, cheering for the NY Rangers, and playing golf.
