Regina joined BBR Partners in 2021 as their Director of Talent Acquisition. She is responsible for sourcing and recruiting efforts across the firm.

For a decade prior, Regina worked as a trusted recruiter and advisor to many notable financial services firms in NYC.

Regina holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from East Carolina University, where post-graduation she performed throughout the US on tour and visited 40+ countries via cruise ships.

Regina enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, and can often be found at choir rehearsal or volunteering with local youth theatre.
